I might be the only person doing it but I don^t pick up the phone unless I know the person who is calling. Do you have the same rule. When my mobile phone is ringing I am checking who that is. If this is someone I know I will pick it up. It is easy thanks to the contacts that you have in your phone to recognize who is on the other side. On the other hand when I see that this is some new number for me or I don^t see the number at all I won^t answer. It is too risky. Nowadays people might cheat on you and you have to be careful. They might want to sell you some products or services over the phone even if you don^t want to. Recently I have accidentally answered a phone from an unknown number and the person on the other side informed me that I have won a pink cot bedding. I told him that I have never took part in a contest like that and that I have no idea what he is talking about. He was still convincing me that I should give him information about me and all I will have to do next is collect my prize. I could tell from the beginning that he was lying. He clearly wanted to get my data for some reason and there was no pink cot bedding at all. After all I would have remembered that I took part in a contest like that. Additionally I don^t really need pink cot bedding so I don^t care about it.
